In the effort of getting myself back into practice, here's a little something I polished up. =]

It's a worksheet called 25 essential expressions challenge template by ~napalmnacey which I completed several semesters ago. I recently scanned it in and colored it using Photoshop CS4, which I had not had the opportunity to use extensively yet.

It's sort of quick and dirty. There's a lot I could have refined, but this was just to help get myself back into a more artistic mood after not doing any full color 2d work in months.

For those of you working on character concepts, I would highly recommend that you give it a shot. It really does help to give you a better feel of a character. =]

Ha ha! You're SO in character bro. :) This is an almost perfect reflection of the kind of person you are in real life. XD I can tell based on the way we had our conversations online Skype - but then again who knows? You may have a raging/nasty side that only shows when needed. ;) :giggle:

But man that's really cool! I like this a lot and how you portrayed Dac. I didn't expect to see the Fierce and Drunk ones! Your sense of humour is applied to - the Rage panel - very clever. :D

Overeall a fantastic effort, looks cool and cute and more importantly MODEST at the same time. *thumbs up* :+fav:

I've been meaning to do that for a while, but you beat me to it. I'm always too lazy of not confident enough to do it... Now that you did, I better slap myself and get to work.

Just gotta ask, but your expressions seem to be alot similar to that of Ken Akumatsu's. Would they have by anychance been incorporated from his style?

Not bad buddy, but usually head expressions is just the bust of the character because even with just a facial expression, I can't see what's the ears are doing? Like "Scared" his ear could be straight upright, and "Sad" flopping ears.
